Payment details

Wallet creation:

  • When you create an account with AIOZ Stream, a unique wallet is automatically generated for you.
  • The wallet address provided is solely for receiving AIOZ tokens.

Deposits:

  • To deposit funds into your AIOZ Stream wallet, send AIOZ tokens to the provided wallet address.
  • Important: Only AIOZ tokens should be sent to this wallet address. Sending any other cryptocurrency may result in a permanent loss of funds.
  • Minimum deposit value: The minimum deposit value is 0.01 AIOZ tokens. Deposits below this threshold will be recorded but not added to your balance until your cumulative deposits reach or exceed 0.01 AIOZ tokens.
  • To view your deposit transactions, access the "Top Up Usage" section in your account.

Conversion rate:

  • The conversion rate used for billing is based on the current market rate of AIOZ/USDT.
  • Please note that conversion rates may fluctuate during the billing period. The rate at the time of deposit will be applied.

Credit calculation:

  • The credited amount is calculated based on the AIOZ to USDT conversion rate at the time of deposit.
  • Your credited balance is determined by multiplying the total AIOZ tokens deposited by the AIOZ/USDT conversion rate.

Billing calculation:

Billing is calculated based on the usage of storage, delivery, and video transcoding. Here’s how the charges are applied:

  • Storage costs:
    • $0.02 per GB per month.
    • The monthly storage cost will be divided by the number of hours in a month to determine the hourly storage rate.
  • Delivery costs:
    • $0.02 per GB of data delivered.
  • Video transcoding costs:
    • Up to HD: $0.01 per minute of video transcoded.
    • 2K: $0.02 per minute of video transcoded.
    • 4K: $0.05 per minute of video transcoded.

Your wallet balance will be deducted based on your hourly storage usage, data delivery, and video transcoding minutes, with the remaining balance reflected in your wallet.

Daily usage history:

  • Your daily usage history, including storage, delivery, and transcoding consumption, will be available in the "History Usage" tab.
  • This section provides a detailed breakdown of your usage and the associated costs for each day.

Terms and conditions

  • Ensure that deposits are accurately sent to the provided wallet address. Incorrect transactions may result in a loss of funds.
  • The credited amount is based on the conversion rate at the time of deposit and may vary due to market fluctuations.
  • Billing is calculated hourly based on your usage of storage, delivery, and transcoding services.
  • Storage costs: $0.02 per GB per month, divided by the number of hours in a month.
  • Delivery costs: $0.02 per GB delivered.
